Dr. Amit Jethanandani, MD, MPH, is a radiation oncologist and specializes in treating head and neck cancers, including oropharyngeal cancer, as well as prostate cancer, utilizing advanced radiotherapy techniques like MR-guided radiation therapy and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). He is dedicated to offering his patients personalized care with a focus on both effective treatment and enhancing quality of life.

Education

Dr. Jethanandani holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Texas Health Science Center. He completed his preliminary year in General Surgery at the University of Tennessee and completed his Radiation Oncology residency at the University of Miami.

Research

Dr. Jethanandani is actively involved in cutting-edge clinical research. His research focuses on adaptive radiation therapy for oropharyngeal cancer and the use of machine learning to predict treatment outcomes in pancreatic and other cancers. He has contributed to numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and presented his research at national and international conferences.
